GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEFINITIONS

“We”, “the Company”, “us”, “our” means Car Leasing International Ltd., a limited trading company registered in Burgas, Bulgaria, with identification and VAT number BG205364593.

NOTICE

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using or requesting services through our website, as they contain important information about your rights and obligations.

By placing a booking through this website, the client is presumed to have accepted these terms and conditions. If you disagree with them, please do not use our services.

GENERAL

The Company cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by road works, accidents, traffic interruptions, weather conditions, or vehicle mechanical failure.

We do not accept any responsibility for missed flights for any reason, including but not limited to traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

The driver will travel by the route considered most appropriate on the day, taking into account various circumstances.

We advise customers to plan to arrive at the airport at least two hours prior to their flight departure. This allows for possible unforeseen delays en route. The Company will not be responsible for missed flights if a two-hour check-in time was not accounted for.

All vehicles are covered by a comprehensive insurance policy, as required by Bulgarian law. While every care is taken, customers' luggage is carried entirely at their own risk, and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage. Customers should ensure they have adequate travel insurance.

No responsibility is accepted if passengers do not wait for their driver and instead take alternative transport.

The Company reserves the right (and delegates to its chauffeurs the right) to refuse to carry any person who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behavior is deemed to be a threat to the chauffeur, the passenger(s), or the vehicle.

The Company reserves the right to refuse carriage of animals that were not agreed upon at the time of booking. All animals must be secured in a suitable transport box or crate. Customers must request permission to bring an animal prior to booking. The Company accepts no responsibility for any costs incurred due to a failure to comply with these terms.

A reasonable amount of standard passenger luggage is allowed. However, luggage which, in the chauffeur's opinion, constitutes excessive weight may not be carried.

To avoid missing a scheduled trip, customers should not leave the pickup location without first contacting us at +359895177678.

Customers will be held responsible for any damage to vehicles, fittings, or equipment caused by their misconduct or negligence.

A 15-minute grace period is allowed for standard pickups, excluding airports or stations. Waiting time beyond this is calculated retroactively from the original pickup time at the applicable waiting time rate. Free waiting time is allowed at airports, railway stations, and bus stations in the event of delayed arrivals. The trip may be regarded as canceled if the client fails to appear for an extended period after the delay.

If the customer does not appear at the designated pickup point after the grace period, all deposits paid will be non-refundable. We allow 60 minutes of free waiting time at airports after landing and 30 minutes at stations following train or bus arrival. After these periods, additional parking and waiting fees apply.

Although we do our best to accommodate delayed customers, we will not accept responsibility for passengers missing their journey if they arrive more than 30 minutes after the specified pickup time for standard trips (excluding airport or station transfers).

The Company reserves the right to use an approved affiliate carrier to fulfill any booking if deemed appropriate.
